Pope prays for priestly courage in face of coronavirus

In the above video from Rome Reports, Pope Francis prays priests will have the courage to go out to the sick at a time when new coronavirus fears are griping the world.

In the midst of the new coronavirus epidemic, Pope Francis has offered his prayer that priests will not be deterred in ministering to the sick, “bringing with them the strength of God” and the sacrament of Eucharist in these difficult times.

During his Mass, conducted behind closed doors on March 10 on account of the outbreak, the pope expressed his desire that members of the holy order would accompany medical workers and volunteers in the work they are doing to stem the tide of the ongoing health crisis.
